As we discussed in a recent telephone conversa-
tion, the City would like to utilize the stockpiled soil as road
base material at various paving projects within the City limits.
Stockpiled soils currently contain approximately 700 parts per
million (ppm) total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel (TPHD) . The
laboratory data sheets for composite samples collected from the
excavated soil are included in Attachment 1 .
To provide access to the soil by City maintenance crews, the soil
will be relocated to the City corporation yard at 1465 S. Lincoln
Street in Stockton. The soils will be designated as road base
material using appropriate signs to prevent its use for any other
purpose. The soils will be moved the week of April 15, 1991.
If you have any questions or comments, please contact me at our
Escalon office 209/838-3507.
Respectfully,
WaterWork
^ I
hn P.
