Dozier (claimant's <br /> attorney) on October 17, 2005, in the Fund's letter dated February 24, 2006 and in the <br /> Fund's Final Request letter dated April 27, 2006. This information was needed to <br /> determine your eligibility for placement on the Priority List. <br /> Section 2811.2 (Fund Application Requirements; Reimbursement Requests for <br /> Corrective Action Costs) of the Fund Regulations states, <br /> "A Fund application for reimbursement of corrective action costs shall contain the <br /> following:...(n) any other information or supporting documentation reasonably <br /> required by the Division to determine the eligibility...of the claim." <br /> NOTE: The sections cited are found in We Petroleum Underground Storage Tank <br /> Cleanup Fund Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 18, of the California Code of <br /> Regulations, or Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund Statutes, <br /> California Health and Safety Code (H&SC), Division20, Chapter 6.75. <br /> If you disagree with this Staff Decision, you may appeal to the Division Chief pursuant to <br /> Section 2814.1 of the Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund <br /> Regulations.
