Dozier (claimant's attorney) on October 17, 2005. Ms. <br /> Knieriem discussed with Mr. Dozier additional information needed for further review of <br /> your claim application to the Fund (as of this date the Fund has received no response to <br /> the October 17, 2005 telephone conversation). <br /> After reviewing your claim application to the Cleanup Fund, we find that the following <br /> additional information is still needed to determine your eligibility for placement on the <br /> Priority List: <br /> • Claimant must provide the following for the purchase of the site: <br /> 1. Escrow Instructions <br /> • On page one of your claim application, remove City of Stockton as Co-Payee (the <br /> Court Order documents submitted for Third Party Compensation will be reviewed by <br /> our Settlements staff after we have received additional information requested in this <br /> letter).. <br /> • Claimant is requesting priority class "B" for a Non-Profit Organization.
