Pilgrim St. <br /> Stockton, Ca. 95210 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) is the lead agency <br /> providing the oversight of the investigation and cleanup of releases from <br /> underground storage tanks (UST) within San Joaquin County. EHD has a <br /> contract with the California State Water Resources Control Board to conduct a <br /> UST corrective action program. The above referenced site has been placed in <br /> the EHD Local Oversight Program as a result of the Heating Oil contamination <br /> found in soil from an UST located at the above referenced address. <br /> On March 7, 2004, a 4,000 gallon UST was removed from your site. Soil <br /> sampling from beneath the UST evidenced soil contamination.
