Since <br /> it cannot be determined how long the black 55 gallon drum and clear 35 gallon container have been on site, <br /> immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of <br /> the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by April 21, 2016 . <br /> Please be aware as of Janua 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Enviro mental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.catepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include <br /> your hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant <br /> activities and required fields. <br /> NOTES: <br /> - The facility generates used il, used antifreeze, used absorbent with oil and drained used oil filters. <br /> - The facility did not have an emergency coordinator or modified contingency plan.
