2. Enclosure layout diagrams; show all front panel and backpan devices drawn to scale. <br /> Show fabrication methods and details; including material of construction, paint color, <br /> support& latching mechanisms, fans& ventilation system, and conduit entrance areas. <br /> 3. Schedule of all nameplates and tags. The nameplate and tag schedule shall include the <br /> ' nameplate size, color, and material along with the engraved letter size and text. <br /> D. Each submittal shall be bound in a three ring binder,which is sized such that when all material <br /> is inserted the binder is not over 3/4 full. Binder construction shall allow easy removal of any <br /> page without complete manual disassembly; spiral ring type binders are not acceptable. <br /> 1. Each binder shall be appropriately labeled on the outside spine & front cover with the <br /> project name, contract number, equipment supplier's name, specification section(s), and <br /> major material contained therein. <br /> 2. An index shall be provided at the inside of the front cover. This index shall itemize the <br /> ' contents of each tab and subtab section. Also list the project name, contract number and <br /> equipments supplier's name, address, phone number, and contact person on the index <br /> page. <br /> 3. Field equipment shop documents, panel equipment shop documents, drawings, and bill <br /> of materials shall be grouped under separate tabs. Shop documents shall be ordered in <br /> the same sequence as their corresponding Contract specification subsection. <br /> 4. Data summary sheets shall be provided to subtab all shop documents for each individual <br /> piece of equipment. Data summary sheets shall be bright yellow or blue for easy <br /> identification. <br /> The data summary sheets shall have the following information preceding their <br /> corresponding shop documents: <br /> ' a. Product identification; name used herein and on the Contract Drawings. <br /> b. The manufacturer's model number, part number or other designation. This shall <br /> ' include the specific numbers of all proposed options <br /> c. Tag name/number per the drawings or schedules. <br /> d. Location of assembly at which it is installed. <br /> ' e. Range, span, engineering units, input and output characteristics. <br /> ELECTRICAL <br /> 16000 - 5 <br />
