There will be no <br /> additional environmental impacts related to this request . <br /> Proposed Language For Planning Division Condition ]. a, Approval: <br /> This is a Quarry Excavation application to remove approximately 2 . 4 million cubic yards of rock, <br /> sand, and gravel from approximately 71 acres of an 80- acre site. This permit is approved for 32 years <br /> from the date of the approval of the Revisions of Approved Actions . The excavation process is to be <br /> completed by December 31 , 2035 . The site shall be reclaimed to agricultural use by August 31 , 2037. <br /> Proposed Language For Planning Division Condition 1. m, Time Limitation : <br /> The Quarfy Excavation Permit shall expire 26 (32) years from. the effective date of approval <br /> December 31 , 2929 (2035) . The site shall be reclaimed by August 31 , 2037 . <br /> 2 . State the facts showing the changes in circumstances which make the subject <br /> condition (s) no longer applicable or necessary. <br /> Due to market conditions , annual production estimates evaluated in existing Permit # PA- <br /> 0200370 , were overestimated over the life of the project . As a result , only a portion of the <br /> permitted reserves will be extracted by the current approved closure date of December 2029 . <br /> To ensure the remaining reserves are available for construction projects throughout San <br /> Joaquin County , George Reed is requesting to extend the mining date to December 31 , 2035 . <br /> The excavation and rehabilitation plan shall progress as indicated in the already approved <br /> rehabilitation plan and shall be complete prior to August 31 , 2037 . <br /> Only an extension of mining dates is being requested , there will be no changes to any <br /> conditions of approval , project boundaries , production rates and amounts , mineable reserves , <br /> or routes of transportation . There will be no additional environmental impact related to this <br /> request . <br />
