The project includes the removal of 2.4 million cubic yards of rock, sand, and gravel in <br />3 phases. This application request would extend the life of the quarry permit an additional twenty-five years, with final <br />reclamation to be completed by 2054. No increase in tonnage, phasing or changes to the final reclamation are proposed <br />with this application. All other Conditions of Approval will remain the same. The project site is not under a Williamson Act <br />contract. <br />The Property is zoned AG -40 (General Agriculture, 40 -acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br />Agriculture). <br />PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is west side of Henry Road approximately 500 feet south of Hall Avenue, southeast <br />of Escalon.
