BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> R-20-139 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPEAL BY CRAIG&SUE STEVENSON AND LORENA <br /> &RICHARD IPPOLITO AND DENYING THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S APPROVAL <br /> OF USE PERMIT NO.PA-1800177 OF THE KTJSALAKARI CORPORATION <br /> (C/O BRYAN MCNAMARA). <br /> (IST DISTRICT) <br /> -- - - - --- --- -- <br /> WHEREAS, on June 18, 2020 Planning Commission approved Use Permit No. PA- <br /> 1800177 of the Kusalakari Corporation; <br /> WHEREAS, on June 24,2020 Craig& Sue Stevenson and Lorena&Richard Ippolito <br /> appealed the Planning Commission's approval of Use Permit No.PA 1800177 to the San Joaquin <br /> County Board of Supervisors; <br /> WHEREAS, on August 18, 2020,the Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing <br /> on the Appeal, notice of which was given in accordance with the law, and oral and documentary <br /> evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said Appeal, and this Board of <br /> Supervisors being advised on the matter; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that said Appeal <br /> be, and it hereby is approved, and Use Permit No.PA-1800177 is denied. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED August 18, 2020 ,by the following vote of the <br /> Board of Supervisors,to wit: <br /> AYES: Winn,Elliott <br /> NOES: Patti <br /> ABSENT: Villapudua,Miller <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> Katherine M.
