The project is an agricultural use in an agricultural zone, and not a growth-inducing action nor is it in conflict with <br /> any existing or planned uses. The Commercial Cannabis—Cultivation & Distribution use types may be conditionally <br /> permitted in the AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-Acre minimum) zone subject to an approved Use Permit application. The <br /> proposed project is also subject to a Development Agreement application, which must be approved by the San Joaquin <br /> County Board of Supervisors. The Use Permit and Development Agreement applications are being processed <br /> concurrently, and will be reviewed as one project by the Planning Commission and ultimately, the Board of Supervisors. <br /> The proposed project will not conflict with any existing or planned uses or set a significant land use precedent.
