Phase 1 to include the parking of 32 <br />tractor trailers and 11 trailers, the construction of a 49 square foot restroom building, and a 60 square foot guard shack. <br />Phase 2, with building permits to be issued within three years, includes the parking of 51 tractor trailers and 21 trailers . This <br />property is not under a Williamson Act contract. <br />The Property is zoned I -L (Limited Industrial) and the General Plan designation is I/L (Limited Industrial). <br />PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the north side of East Roth Road, one half mile east of McKinley <br />Avenue, French Camp. (APN/Address: 193-320-16, 865 E. Roth Road, French Camp) (Supervisorial District 1). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study <br />and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. <br />APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br />Community Development Department no later than March 06, 2013. Comments or recommendations received after that date <br />would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will <br />review this application on March 13, 2013.
