i <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program N6. 95-802, =2- <br /> Tower Park Marina, San Joaquin County <br /> REPORTING <br /> Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 30" day of the month following the <br /> end of each calendar quarter until such time that the Executive Officer determines that the <br /> reports are no longer necessary. .Each quarterly report shall include.a ground water contour map, <br /> the status of any ongoing investigation or remediation, and in.tabular form the water quality data, <br /> depth to ground water, and free product thicknesses. <br /> -�-PrroV to stamp of'a ground water tieatrrien't system the Discharaer shall supply Board staff i ith a <br /> ;round water monitoring program that will demonstrate the effectiveness of the ;round water <br /> treatment system. <br /> An annual report evaluating the effectiveness and progress of investigation and remediation shall <br /> be submitted to the Board by 30 January of each year and may be..substituted for the fourth <br /> quarter monitoring report. The report shall contain at a minimum the following information: both <br /> tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the previous _year; ground <br /> water contour maps and contaminant concentration maps-, trends in the concentrations of the <br /> pollutants in ground water monitoring wells- whether the contaminant plume is being captured by <br /> an extraction system or is continuing to spread; plans as needed for improving the ground water <br /> extraction or treatment system; and the anticipated date for completion of cleanup activities. The <br /> annual report also shall include the reasons for and durations of all interruptions in the operation <br /> of treatment systems. <br /> t <br /> Based on the data from the previous _near, the Discharger shall, in the annual report. identify data <br /> gaps and potential deficiencies/redundancies in the monitoring system or reporting program and <br /> propose any necessary revised ground water sampling.plan frequency and analyses with the <br /> rationale for the proposed revisions. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in the <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported to the Board. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program as of the date of this Order.
