In June of 1992, Law <br /> Environmental's San Rafael, California office was consolidated into Law/Crandall, Inc., a <br /> California based sister company. We apologize for any confusion caused by documents <br /> y submitted on two different company letterheads. Thank you for your prompt processing of <br /> our well permit application. <br /> bw We plan on installing up to five soil borings and five shallow monitoring wells to depths <br /> ranging from 15 to 20 feet below ground surface (bgs) at the Tower Park Marina in Lodi, <br /> California. The site location is shown on Figure 1 of the attached Law Environmental <br /> 60 "Revised Site Assessment Workplan" (Workplan) dated August 7, 1992.
