However_, the .repor-t- d.id not state whether the- --— <br /> product was removed. <br /> 3. The report states that the premix line from the tank area to the manifold did <br /> not test tight, but did not say whether this line was replaced. <br /> 4. The rationale for borehole and monitoring well locations was not provided in <br /> the work plan. Borehole drilling and monitoring well installation were <br /> scheduled for early June 1992. <br />
