Hwy 12, <br /> Lodi, California. We removed approximately l0 yards of sail and placed it <br /> on black plastic and covered the soil. <br /> On October 17, 1991 we notified the San Joaquin County of this incident and <br /> they in turn directed us to notify the California Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board. <br /> On October 22, 1991 I phoned Wayne Pierson from the State of California <br /> Water Resources Department at (916) 361-5627. Mr. Pierson said that we <br /> needed to contact , in writing; Antonia Vorster or someone from the State of <br /> California Slick Unit at (916) 361-5647.
