Waste Discharge Requirements Order 76-258, adopted on 17 December 1976, prescribes requirements for the <br /> State of California Department of Parks and Recreation's Malakoff Diggins State Historic Park in Nevada County, <br /> which included discharge specifications and provisions regarding the discharge of turbid water from the former <br /> hydraulic mine pit in Nevada County. On 11 August 2017, Central Valley Water Quality Control Board adopted <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements Order R5-2017-0086 (NPDES CA0085332)to regulate the discharge of <br /> wastewater from the pit to Humbug Creek, a water of the United States and tributary to the South Yuba River. <br /> b. Waste Discharge Requirements Order 88-030, adopted on 26 February 1988, prescribes requirements for the <br /> Delta Conservation Camp's Wastewater Treatment Facility, which consists of a septic tank and leachfield system <br /> located two miles off highway 12 on Lambie Road in Suisun City, Solano County. On 18 April 2017, Central <br /> Valley Water Quality Control Board received a request for regulatory coverage under the Statewide General <br /> Order 2014-0153-DWQ for Small Domestic Wastewater Treatment Systems. Regulation of the discharge was <br /> transferred to enrollment under General Order WQ 2014-0153-DWQ-R5240,which was approved by the <br /> executive officer on 7 August 2017. <br /> c. Waste Discharge Requirements Order 90-259, adopted on 28 September 1990, prescribes requirements for <br /> the Indian Rock Vineyards Subdivision Wastewater Treatment Facility, which consists of a septic tank and <br /> leachfield system located in the community of Murphy's off Pennsylvania Gulch Road in Calaveras County. On <br /> 4 August 2017, Central Valley Water Quality Control Board received a Report of Waste Discharge for regulatory <br /> coverage under the Statewide General Order 2014-0153-DWQ for Small Domestic Wastewater Treatment <br /> Systems. Regulation of the discharge was transferred to enrollment under General Order WQ 2014-0153-DWQ- <br /> R5242, approved by the executive officer on 6 September 2017. <br /> d. Waste Discharge Requirements Order 94078,adopted on 25 March 1994, prescribes requirements for the <br /> discharge of wastewater from the Tower Park Manna and Tower Park Village in San Joaquin County.The facility <br /> is owned by Stockton Delta Resorts, LLC (Discharger)and consists of a small domestic wastewater treatment <br /> facility for the disposal of domestic wastewater. On 1 June 2017, Central Valley Region Water Quality Control <br /> Board received a Report of Waste Discharge from the Discharger requesting coverage under the Statewide <br /> General Order 20140153-DWQ for Small Domestic Wastewater Treatment Systems. Regulation of the <br /> discharge was enrolled under General Order WQ 20140153-DWQ-R5236 on 26 July 2017. Therefore, it is <br /> appropriate to rescind Order 94078 <br /> e. Waste Discharge Requirements Order 98-036, adopted on 27 February 1998, prescribes requirements for the <br /> discharge from Bucks Creek CDA, Plumes County(Facility). The Facility is comprised of a wastewater collection <br /> system with septic tanks, a dosing tank, and leachfields. The Facility is now regulated under Water Quality Order <br /> 2014-0153-DWQ (General Order)for discharges to land from small domestic systems with a maximum average <br /> daily flow of 100,000 gallons or less.Therefore, it is appropriate to rescind Waste Discharge Requirements Order <br /> 98-036. <br /> f. Waste Discharge Requirements Order 98-037, adopted on 27 February 1998, prescribes requirements for the <br /> discharge from Bucks Lake Sewer Facility, Southshore Homeowners Association, Plumes County(Facility).The <br /> Facility is comprised of a pressurized central collection line, a common dosing tank, and a community leachfield. <br /> The Facility is now regulated under Water Quality Order 2014-0153-DWQ (General Order)for discharges to land <br /> from small domestic systems with a maximum average dally flow of 100,000 gallons or less. Therefore, it is <br /> appropriate to rescind Waste Discharge Requirements Order 98-037. <br /> g. Waste Discharge Requirements order,99-086 <br /> Delaware North Companies, Inc.,Tenaya Lodge Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF), located in Mariposa <br /> County,treated domestic wastewater in accordance with Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) Order 99-OB6, <br /> adopted on 11 June 1999. Delaware North constructed a new WWTF in 2015 and it became operational in <br /> January 2016. The new WWTF is a tertiary treatment system that combines an activated sludge process, <br /> membranes to filter the wastewater, and an ultraviolet disinfection system.Treated effluent is discharged to 2,484 <br />
