Failed to retain copy of manifest/ bill of ladings for spent lead acid batteries. No disposal receipts <br /> were available for the usec lead acid batteries. Auto Shop teacher is on summer break. A copy of each <br /> bill of lading must be kept n site for at least three years. Locate a copy of all bills of lading for 2013 <br /> spent lead acid batteries, maintain them on site. Submit a statement when facility will be able to have <br /> access to the receipts and send copies to EHD. <br /> 605. Failed to completely label tanks of hazardous waste. A 500 gallon used oil tank stored outside <br /> adjacent to the parking lot f the Auto shop lacks the start accumulation / pick up date. All hazardous <br /> waste tanks shall be marked with the words "Hazardous Waste" and the accumulation start date. <br /> Immediately ensure that al hazardous waste tanks are marked with the required information. Submit a <br /> statement how to ensure t e accumulation start date is marked prior to usage of the used oil tank. <br /> 701. Stored hazardous waste on site greater than 180 days. The 500 gallon used oil tank of the Auto <br /> shop only had one pick up of 65 gallons used oil in 05/30/2013 by Evergreen Oil. Facility's Auto body <br /> shop typically has < 100 g Ilons/ year total for the past 3 years. Facilities who generate less than 1000 <br /> kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may <br /> store waste on site up to 180 days.
