Therefore, no further action with regard to this contamination source is <br /> required at this time. <br /> However, please be advised that the following conditions may exist at this site: <br /> Underground petroleum storage tanks from a fuel dispensing operation previous located at <br /> this site. <br /> PHS-EHD has recently learned that a gasoline station was once operated at this site and that the <br /> underground storage tanks may still be intact and on the property. The location of these tanks <br /> may be in the most northwest corner of the new parking area, possibly by or underneath the new <br /> sidewalk. PHS-EHD recommends the City of Tracy investigate the possibility of the existence of <br /> underground storage tanks on the property, as they may pose a hazard if they exist.
