Advanced
r
GeoEnvironmental , Inc . 0
30 November 2011
AGE-NC Project No. 97-0249
Mr. Mike Infurna
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
600 East Main Street
Stockton, California 95202
Subject: Resample Ground Water Monitoring Well MW-16 - August 2011
THREE B'S TRUCK PLAZA
14749 Thornton Road, Lodi, California
Dear Mr. Infurna:
The Third Quarter 2011 semi-annual ground water monitoring event was previously
conducted at the site on 01 July 2011. However, due to an anomaly within the 3`d Quarter
analytical results reported from ground water monitoring well MW-16, Advanced
Geo Environmental, Inc. re-sampled well MW-16 on 18 August 2011. Re-sampling of well
MW-16 was approved by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
(EHD) by e-mail correspondence, dated 15 August 2011.
On 18 August 2011, depth to water and total depth measurements were initially collected
from ground water monitoring well MW-16. Thereafter, a ground water sample was
collected from MW-16. Monitoring well construction details are summarized in Table 1.
Monitoring and sampling were performed in accordance with AGE's standard monitoring
and sampling procedures, provided in Appendix A. Field data and logs are provided in
Appendix B. No exceptions to AGE's standard procedures were noted.
The depth to ground water measurements at well MW-16 was measured at 13.90 feet
below the top of the well casings (Table 2); the ground water elevation was calculated to
be 1.59 feet below the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD). Additionally, total depth to
bottom of the well was measured at 24.44 feet below the top of the well casing.
Based on laboratory analysis of the MW-16 re-sample, no constituents of concern were
detected in the water sample. Previous and current analytical results of ground water
monitoring well samples are summarized in Table 2. The laboratory reports (Cal Tech
Environmental Laboratories I.D. No. CT214-1108164), quality assurance/quality control
reports, and chain-of-custody forms are presented in Appendix C. Electronic deliverable
format (EDF) files and depth-to-water data were uploaded to the State GeoTracker
837 Shaw Road •Stockton,CA 95215
Telephone (209)467-1006 •Fax(209)467-11 18
