To obtain a copy, please contact the SWRCB at(916)657-2390. Remedial <br /> Action Completion certification occurs only after PHS/EHD has determined that no further <br /> site investigation or remedial action is required. <br /> In order to verify the extent of the contamination, a work plan to continue your required <br /> investigation should be submitted to PHS-EHD by February 20, 1998.
