Thornton Rd. RO#: 550
Lodi, CA., 95242 CUF#: 12992
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) has reviewed
Quarterly Report= Second Quarter 2004 as submitted by Advanced GeoEnvironmental
(AGE) on September 27, 2004 and has the following comments.
This report covered ground water monitoring well sampling on June 14, 2004. Included
in the report were discussions of the petroleum impact to the six identified hydrological
units and conclusions and recommendations for further investigation so that a Site
Conceptual Model may be submitted to SJCEHD.
SJCEHD concurs with recommendations that additional monitoring wells are needed to
investigate the areas where the petroleum plume has not been delineated. A work plan
that proposes the location and construction specifications of these monitoring wells
should be submitted within 45-days of the date of this letter.
Please contact Michael Infurna, Senior REHS, at (209) 468-3454 should you have any
questions or wish to discuss the site.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health'flivision
Michael J.
