(AGE) has prepared this response to a <br /> California Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region (RWQCB) letter dated <br /> 12 November 2002. <br /> The above-referenced letter stated that Flag City Chevron must respond in writing by 13 December <br /> 2002 to the revisions of the draft Monitoring Reporting Program(MRP). Therefore, in accordance <br /> the above referenced RWQCB letter, AGE has the following comments: <br /> 1. Responsibility for Flag City Chevron monitoring well MW-13 will be transferred to the <br /> Three B's Truck Plaza MRP;awritten acknowledgment will be prepared by AGE and signed <br /> by responsible parties for both Flag City Chevron and the Three B's Truck Plaza. <br /> 2. The Sampling Frequency table on Page 2 of the draft MRP incorrectly identifies the <br /> extraction wells as EX-1 through EX-10; the extraction well identifications should be <br /> changed to EW-1 through EW-10. <br /> 3.
