The enclosed work plan is being prepared as an addendum to <br /> Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan, dated 28 August 2000 as required by the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) by letter dated 14 <br /> January 1999 for installation of five ground water monitoring wells and three CPT soil borings. This <br /> work plan addendum presents the proposed scope of work for the advancement of six additional CPT <br /> soil borings at the site <br /> Upon PHS-EHD approval of the work plan addendum, AGE will submit any additional <br /> documentation required for permitting purposes.
