Install three (3) deep CPT borings for groundwater vertical delineation in areas of <br /> concern,to 150'bgs. <br /> 2. Collect multiple groundwater samples at depths of concern. Analyze water samples for <br /> TPH g&d,BTEY, and only 5 oxygenates. <br /> 3. Install six (6) shallow monitoring wells to define lateral extent of shallow plume. <br /> 4. Submit a report of findings. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Groundwater samples from CPT borings should have Ethanol and Methanol, 1,2,-DCA, <br /> EDB,and Lead analyses at selected depths. <br /> 2. No soil sampling proposed during monitoring well installations. Soil samples should be <br /> collected and analyzed for same as groundwater samples. <br /> 3. Soil and groundwater contamination noted during CPT placement may need "deep" <br /> monitoring wells installed at near future date.
