Go ahead an prepare an Executive <br /> Summary. Keep it one page, no letterhead and aim the language at just under high school level. Include <br /> what happened (UST release), what you want to do, how long it will take, how it will affect the public <br /> (hopefully not at all), and WHAT the site will be after this stuff is over...keep the techno stuff down to <br /> nearly nothin...no ug/I stuff or big words.....easy in...easy out of this phase. <br /> get it to me in my email for preview. After/if I approve it, I'll enter the site into Public Participation and post <br /> the site. I'll allow about 10 days for the public(USA)to whine and complain and determine if a <br /> hearing/meeting is needed. No whines, no meeting.
