I would like to submit permit/permit fees this week. Could you confirm the
correct well abandon permit fees. There are nine wells to abandon on the same parcel, so I have$130+ (3x$130) +
(8x$130)=$1,560.
Thanks-Tim
From: Gabriel Gonzalez [EH] rmailto:gagonzalezCalsicehd.com]
Sent: Wednesday, July 02, 2014 10:43 AM
To: Tim Cuellar
Subject: RE: 14749 Thornton Road Well Destruction Work Plan Addendum
Dear Tim Cuellar,
A work plan for the destruction of nine continuous multichannel tubing(CMT)wells related to the site investigation and
cleanup at 14749 N. Thornton Road, Lodi, CA was submitted by Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) dated 09 May
2014. The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) could not approve the work plan based on
knowledge of previously known failures in properly destroying continuous multichannel tubing(CMT) wells using
pressure grouting and over-drilling techniques.
As amended by AGE in email correspondence from you dated 1 July 2014, the nine CMT wells (MW-7 through MW-15)
are proposed to be destroyed utilizing sonic drilling. The SJCEHD approves the work plan as amended by the
aforementioned email correspondence.
z
