A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are <br /> set, a Record of Survey is required. (New legal <br /> description shall be submitted to Surveyor' s Office for <br /> review. ) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 2 . PIIBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. The irrigation well must be repaired under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division as <br /> follows: Disconnect existing cross connection from the <br /> well to the stand pipe. The outlet pipe from the well <br /> must be plumbed over the top of the stand pipe with an <br /> air gap that is twice the diameter of the pipe. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on <br /> Parcel #1 and 3 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well on <br /> Parcel #1 and 3 under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> 3 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> a. A permit for farm labor housing is required; <br /> or <br /> One of the two houses on Parcel 2 shall be converted to <br /> storage. <br /> b. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. <br /> Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The <br /> descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br />
