(A $225. 00 fee <br /> currently is required for processing the Irrevocable Offer of <br /> Dedication per Development Title Table 9-240. 2 in addition to <br /> a copy of the Grant Deed, recording fee and a legal description <br /> of the parcel to be offered for dedication. ) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150 . 2) <br /> 2 . Off-street parking shall not encroach on public right-of-way. <br /> Access to off-street parking must be designed so that vehicles <br /> leaving the parking area will enter the street traveling in a <br /> forward direction. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015. 5h) <br /> 3 . The frontage improvement for Ashley Lane shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot <br /> right-of-way rural road. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements may be deferred upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. <br /> (A $260. 00 fee currently is required for processing per <br /> Development Title Table 9-240. 2 in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed, recording fee and an estimate for the required <br /> frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a <br /> form to be supplied by the Public Works Department and <br /> submitted to the Public Works Department for approval. As an <br /> option the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing <br /> and estimate for an additional fee of $115. 00. ) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br /> 4 .
