DC Memo <br /> SA-92-0074 <br /> Page 3 <br /> 7. A rack or other secure device for the purpose of storing <br /> and protecting bicycles from theft shall be installed. <br /> Such devices shall be provided with a minimum capacity of <br /> one bicycle per twenty (20) required parking spaces and <br /> shall be located so as not to interfere with pedestrian <br /> or vehicular traffic. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.7) <br /> 8. LANDSCAPING/SCREENING: <br /> a. A minimum ten (10) foot wide planting strip shall <br /> be installed along the frontage of the property, <br /> respecting the right-of-way of State Route 88/12. <br /> The strip shall be continuous except where crossed <br /> by driveways and walkways. All areas not used for <br /> buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, or other <br /> permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> Landscaping details shall be consistent with the <br /> Landscaping Standards contained in Section 9-1020.3 <br /> of the Development Title. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.8{a}) <br /> b. A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in <br /> height shall be erected along the east property <br /> line to screen the approved use from future <br /> residential uses on the adjacent property. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.8{b}) <br /> C. Any outdoor trash bins shall be kept in an <br /> enclosure with solid masonry walls on three sides <br /> and gated on the fourth side. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.8{e}) <br /> d. Street trees shall be planted at a maximum spacing <br /> of sixty (60) feet within the planting strip <br /> required in Condition a, above. Planting details <br /> shall be consistent with Section 9-1020.4 of the <br /> Development Title. <br /> e.
