Dedication to result in a 25-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Forest Lake Road to the property line with a 20' <br /> X 20' corner cut-off (snipe) at the intersection with North 99 <br /> Frontage Road (west) shall be required across the frontage of <br /> APN: 005-141-26.
