The frontage improvement for Chrisman Road shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of an 84-foot <br /> right-of-way rural arterial road. The frontage improvement for <br /> Eleventh Street shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of a 110-foot right-of-way major arterial <br /> road. If the improvements will block the storm drainage for <br /> the area, the construction of the frontage improvements will be <br /> deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage <br /> and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to <br /> their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plan. (A $250. 00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition to a <br /> copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage <br /> improvements.
