COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-92-19 <br /> 2 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fees currently <br /> are $222 . 23 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Office" , $221.26 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Retail Service" , and $88.89 per 1, 000 gross square foot of <br /> building as "Service Commercial" or "Warehouse" . If there is <br /> no building permit required, the fee will be exempt. The fee <br /> shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year at <br /> the rate of 6. 9 percent. An additional 3 . 5 percent shall be <br /> added to the fee upon payment for processing and administering <br /> the program. (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 3 . The frontage improvement for E1 Dorado Street shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of <br /> a 110-foot right-of-way major arterial 4 lane street. The <br /> frontage improvement for Harlan Road shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot right <br /> -of-way local commercial street. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to issuance of a building <br /> permit/Improvement Plan. (A $250. 00 fee currently is required <br /> for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition <br /> to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required <br /> frontage improvements. The estimate and legal description <br /> shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical <br /> section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public Works <br /> Department and submitted to the Public Works Department for <br /> approval. As an option the Department of Public Works will <br /> prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of <br /> $100. 00. ) (Planning Title Section 9-2143) <br /> 4 .
