State law requires that local land uses comply with the countywide Airport <br /> Land Use Plan (ALUP). <br /> The Site Approval application for a used automobile dealership is compatible with the ALUP. <br /> In general, industrial/commercial uses are not sensitive to the noises created by aircraft <br /> operations.
