SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
1810 E.HAZELTON AVE.,STOCKTON,CA 95205-6232
qC/FORaP
PHONE:209/468-3120 Fax:2091468.3163
July 8 , 199
Ajay Ranchhod JUL 121994
P.O. Box 303 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
French Camp, CA 95231 PERMIT/SERVICES
Dear Mr. Ranchhod:
RE: TIME EXTENSION APPLICATION FOR SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO.
SA-92-19 (APN: 193-170-30, 8288 S. EL DORADO STREET, STKN)
This letter is to notify you that the Community Development
Department is unable at this time to process the above-noted Time
Extension application. The inability to process the application is
due to your not having resubmitted a revised Improvement Plan, as
requested by this Department in March of 1993 . Failure to resubmit
the Improvement Plan, which was required as a Condition of Approval
on Site Approval Application No. SA-92-19 , with the required
corrections by Friday, July 29 , 1994 , will result in the denial of
the requested Time Extension application. That action may be
appealed to the Planning Commission, upon submittal of a completed
appeal form and submittal of appropriate fees by the end of the
action' s appeal period.
On April 5, 1994 , the Board of Supervisors adopted an ordinance
that extends by twenty-four months the expiration of any Site
Approval or Use Permit application that had not expired as of
September 13 , 1993 . The Board' s action had the effect of extending
the expiration date on your Site Approval application from March
21, 1994 to March 23 , 1996. Please be advised that the ordinance
does not affect any existing zoning violations or enforcement
actions; nor does it affect compliance with adopted Conditions of
Approval.
If you have any questions regarding the information in this letter,
you may call me at 468-3142 .
Sincerely,
RICHARD OUY
Associate Planner
c: SA-92-19
Tom Gau
Department of Public Works
Public Health Services
Building Inspection Division
Enforcement Division
