The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. Exterior walls less than 20 feet from a property line <br /> shall be of one-hour , fire-resistive construction. <br /> b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements ( C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> 2 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material : <br /> t : A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B .C. , Appendix , Chapter 70 , Section 7006 (d) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> C. Grading in excess of 5 ,000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements. " <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> e. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> founda,tion inspection . <br />
