Tri Valley Growers Appeal SA-89-40 <br /> The following conditions are excessive and unreasonable : <br /> 1. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> b . The frontage improvement for Eight Mile Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the proposed Specific <br /> Road plan for Eight Mile Road. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements may be deferred at the option of <br /> the Department of Public Works . `In which event the owner <br /> shall execute a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement <br /> prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. <br /> C. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to <br /> Dedicate a twenty-seven foot (27 ' ) wide strip on <br /> Eight Mile Road along the parcel that has frontage <br /> on Eight Mile Road. <br /> e. APN 092-040-03 and 04 shall be merged or the lot line <br /> between them shall be adjusted to contain the <br /> improvements on a single parcel. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> b. State on the Improvement Plan that the leach field area <br /> will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked <br /> on or used as a storage area. This leach field area <br /> must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines . <br /> 4 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> b. There shall be no outdoor storage of parts , equipment <br /> or dismantled forklifts related to the operation of this <br /> project. Permitted outdoor storage of forklifts shall <br /> only be in a designated and striped area which shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. <br />
