All those portio4s of the project used for the repair , <br /> storage and testing of forklifts shall be surfaced with a <br /> minimum of three (3 ) inches of concrete over four (4) <br /> inches of rock base , or amounts as specified by the <br /> Department of Public Works . All other maneuvering , <br /> parking and driving areas shall be surfaced with a minimum <br /> two and one-half (2 1 /2) inches of asphaltic concrete over <br /> six ( 6) inches of rock base . Parking , testing and <br /> maneuvering areas shall be properly striped to affect <br /> orderly use and circulation and shown on the Improvement <br /> Plan. <br /> 2 . There shall be no outdoor storage of parts , equipment or <br /> dismantled forklifts related to the operation of this <br /> project . Permitted outdoor storage of forklifts shall <br /> only be in a designated and striped area which shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 3 . Parking shall be provided at the rate of one ( 1 ) space for <br /> each five hundred (500) square feet of sales and display <br /> area and two ( 2) spaces for each three ( 3 ) employees <br /> working on the employment shift at which the largest <br /> number are hired. Dimensions shall be in conformance with <br /> Section 9-3702 of the Planning Title , and parking spaces <br /> shall not be occupied by forklifts . Typical details , <br /> locations and parking dimensions shall be shown of the <br /> Improvement plan. <br /> 4 . One wall sign shall be permitted as a part of this <br /> approval. The size and location shall be shown on -the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br />
