An Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer , showing drainage , driveway access derails , on-site <br /> parking, existing and proposed improvements, and grading , <br /> shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for <br /> approval . <br /> 2 . The frontage improvement for Eight Mile Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with th'_ staridardr for one-half of <br /> an 84-foot right-of-way industrial street .
