AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-89-40 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> C . Parking shall be provided at the rate of one ( 1 ) space <br /> for each five hundred ( 500 ) square feet of sales and <br /> display area and two ( 2 ) spaces for each three ( 3 ) <br /> employees working on the employment shift at which the <br /> largest number are hired . Dimensions shall be in <br /> conformance with Section 9-3702 of the Planning Title , <br /> and parking spaces shall not be occupied by forklifts . <br /> Typical details , locations and parking dimensions shall <br /> be shown of the Improvement Plan . <br /> d . Two wall-mounted signs shall be permitted as a part of <br /> this approval . The sizes and locations shall be shown <br /> on the Improvement Plan . <br /> e . There shall be no outdoor trash enclosures or <br /> receptacles . <br /> f . Hazardous materials must be stored , transported , handled <br /> and disposed of in a manner acceptable to the County <br /> Office of Emergency Services . <br /> 9 - Details of a landscaping and irrigation plan shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan . As an alternative , three <br /> copies of a separate landscaping and irrigation plan <br /> shall be submitted to the Director . In either case , <br /> landscape details shall include a key showing size , <br /> type , number and spacing of all proposed plantings . <br /> Details of: an automatic and timed sprinkler system shall <br /> be shown. All approved landscaping and sprin}:leis shall <br /> be in place prior to initiation of the use . <br /> Existing landscaping along the property frontage shall <br /> be ten ( 10) feet wide and supplemented to meet the <br /> following standards: <br /> Trees : Spaced not to exceed twenty-rive ( 25) <br /> feet on center at a ratio of 25 percent <br /> for fifteen-gallon size , 50 percent for <br /> five-gallon and 25 percent for one-gallon <br /> size. <br /> Shurbs : Spaced not to exceed ten ( 10 ) feet on <br /> center at a ratio of 20 percent for <br /> five-gallon size and 80 percent for <br /> one-gallon size . <br /> Groundcover: 100 percent coverage . <br /> h. All construction and improvements shall conform to the <br /> approved Site Plan and Improvement Plan . <br /> I <br />
