Box 1211
Modesto, CA 95353
VALLEY FORKLIFT PROJECT, TRI VALLEY G?OWERS, STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
(CASE #161)
We have reviewed your Report of Waste Discharge dated 24 January 1990 and have
determined that the Valley Forklift steam cleaning facility does not require
waste discharge requirements since all wastewater will be fully contained and
hauled off-site. However, the San Joaquin County Public Services (SJPHS) does
regulate this type of disposal system. You should contact SJPHS to discuss their
requirements.
Prior to removing the sludge from your unit, forward a copy of the results of
the sludge analysis and the proposed method of sludge disposal to this office.
Once we receive the information, we will determine if the sludge is designated
and the proposed method of disposal is appropriate. The sludge should not be
removed from your unit until we have approved an appropriate method of disposal .
Once the second and third compartment of the sand/grease interceptor have been
f i 1 led and sealed, Tri Val ley should notify our off ice in writing that this work
is completed.
If you have any questions, please contact Robert Evans at (916) 361-5672.
- 1 1 5
ANTONIA K.
