PERMIT/SERVICES
Dear Mr. Miller,
As per our phone conversation this date, we are in agreement with
the (3) Site Conditions for development (Item 2-SU389-24"CONDITIONS") .
a. Seal water wells per County requirements on Parcels 14 & 21
b. Construct water well on Parcel 21 (Permit w/ Health Dept. )
c. Comply with County Ordinance 549 & 1862 if project used for
residential development.
In regards to Condition c. , WE stated that the 10 acre parcels, once
created, will not be used for residential development for 5-10 years.
The large parcels will remain in their current use (rice crops) for
some time. WE stated that percolation tests would be performed at
a later date if a building permit was requested.
Enclosed is the Soils Suitability Study for the adjoining 40+
acres. WE are recommending to our client that a similar report be
performed for the current project, with (6) six Percolation Tests
conducted at this time (Kleinfelder-Steve Davis) .
WE are in agreement with the traffic mitigation fees ($40, 000+)
at time of future building permits. WE are also in agreement with
the recommendation for a time extension, as plan check and other
county review periods may surpass the time limits of the Tent. Map.
WE again request copies of County Ordinance 549 and 1862 , and
thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
Si cerely,
Ls
John E.
