Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) . <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. The private right-of-way (Edwards Avenue) and driveway shall be <br /> improved in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire <br /> Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin County Standards F-1a, F-1b, F-1c, <br /> and the Escalon Fire District prior to issuance of the occupancy <br /> permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currently is $1, 551. 00 per single family dwelling unit in <br /> the Escalon area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304, R-92-1025) . <br /> NOTE: The permit will expire on September 21, 1996. Renewal will <br /> require a new application with a new fee. The new address for <br /> the second unit dwelling is 29386 East Edwards Avenue, Escalon <br /> CA 95361. <br />
