Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required . <br /> a. A test well will be required to meet the <br /> following: <br /> 1 . Water quality tested to meet Title 22 , CCR <br /> (Safe Drinking Water Act) . <br /> 2 . Water quantity tested to show adequate <br /> source . <br /> 3 . Results approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and County Public Works prior to <br /> recordation of the final map. <br /> 4 . Obtain all required permits . <br /> 2 . Any existing wells or septic tanks must be destroyed <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 3 . Submit plans for approval by the Environmental Health <br /> Division for a sewage treatment, plant . The plans must <br /> be designed by a Registered Engineer . <br /> 4 . Obtain discharge requirements from the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley <br /> Region, prior to development . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
