Item No. 1
PC: 11-19-92
SU-89-19
Page 2
7. The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements will not conflict with easements,
acquired by the public at large, for access through or use of property within the proposed
subdivision because the Conditions of Approval will require future road dedications and
improvements in conformance with the standards of the City of Stockton, the County of San
Joaquin, and the State of California.
8. Any land or improvements to be dedicated to the County are consistent with the General Plan
because under the Conditions of Approval, the interior subdivision roadway system will conform
to the standards of an 84-foot-wide industrial road right-of-way, and road dedications and
improvements along Eight Mile Road will be required both on an interim and a long-term basis
to conform to requirements of the City of Stockton, the County of San Joaquin, and the State of
California.
9. The design of the subdivision provides,to the extent feasible, for future passive or natural heating
opportunities in the subdivision, as required by Government Code Section 66473.1, because
future industrial development must conform to requirements of the Uniform Building Code, and
site development will not involve construction of residential units.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project is a request for a three-year Time Extension for an approved phased industrial subdivision
of 98 acres to create 42 lots. The approved project includes a package treatment plant for sewage
disposal, a two-well water system, and a detention pond with terminal outlet for storm drainage. These
facilities will be dedicated to a County Service Area
