Subdivision identification signage shall be restricted to a single monument type or fence <br /> mounted sign. <br /> e. Lighting standards shall be restricted to a height of 15 feet and shall be designed and <br /> oriented so that they do not cause illumination or glare onto adjoining properties or public <br /> roads. <br /> S. PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC: <br /> a. A 10-foot-wide public utility easement shall be provided along all subdivision roads. <br />
