Located on the N. side <br /> of Eight Mile Rd. , 3, 000' E. of Tully Rd. , N. of Linden. <br /> (District 4) <br /> APPLICANT: Ron & Carol Rugani APN: 065-100-18 <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Deny the application or delay action until Traffic Impact <br /> Mitigation Fee and Water Facility Impact Mitigation Fee are paid by <br /> the applicant. <br /> IN THE EVENT THE PROJECT IS APPROVED, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE <br /> RECOMMENDED: <br /> 1. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with <br /> the requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards R-17 <br /> prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 2 .
