REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION <br /> SD-94-07 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> 2 . The Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road <br /> right-of-way (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currently is $2 , 083 . 00 per multi family dwelling unit in <br /> the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-92-1025) . <br /> WOODBRIDGE RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT <br /> 1 . The driveway is to be widened another three (3) feet and the dog-leg <br /> fence is to be removed to allow a straight drive to the dwelling <br /> location. <br /> NOTE: The permit will expire on February 23 , 1997 . Renewal will <br /> require a new application with a new fee. The new address for <br /> the second unit dwelling is 376 West Woodbridge, Lodi. <br />
