Eight Mile Rd <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> 1. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> 2 . Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division (state <br /> specific repairs) . <br /> 3 . State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number <br /> of employees and guests the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded <br /> so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage <br /> area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> 4 . A test hole must be drilled under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division to determine first ground water. <br /> P <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
