CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL DP-92-24 FRANK & CHRISTINA LUCCHETTI Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with prior to the issuance of any Building Permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirements are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: a. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $6, 102 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Retail/Service" in the Stockton area. The fees will be $6, 291. 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Retail/Service" or $279 . 59 per daily trip generated in the Stockton area effective February 17 , 1992 . If there is no building permit required, the fee will be exempt. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. ) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: a. Construct and individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division 1blq-fit the time of development for the proposed new building. 3 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: 1. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (C. C.R. , Title 24) b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: 1. Provide parking for the physically handicapped.
