CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DP-92-24 <br /> FRANK & CHRISTINA LUCCHETTI <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the issuance of any Building Permits. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirements are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $6, 102 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Retail/Service" in the Stockton area. The fees will be <br /> $6, 291. 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Retail/Service" or $279 . 59 per daily trip generated in the <br /> Stockton area effective February 17 , 1992 . If there is no <br /> building permit required, the fee will be exempt. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Construct and individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> 1blq-fit the time of development for the proposed new building. <br /> 3 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements. (C. C.R. , Title 24) <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> 1. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance. (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br /> 2 . Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or <br /> visible from each space. (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br />
