Located on the S. side of State Route 88 , E. of <br /> Sierra Dr. , E. of Lockeford. <br /> APPLICANT: Leroy Mettler APN: 019-110-12 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> State Highway Route 88 has an existing right-of-way width of 80 <br /> feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 110 feet. <br /> THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE FORWARDED FOR YOUR <br /> CONSIDERATION, CONCERNING THE APPROVAL OF THIS APPLICATION. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Proof of no increased demand upon the water supply currently <br /> available at the project site shall be provided. <br /> (Resolution R-91-258) <br /> 2 . For future development, services shall be provided in <br /> accordance with the adopted County Development policies for <br /> Unincorporated Urban Centers. <br /> 3 . A supplement to the Plan Line Study addressing the impacts on <br /> State Highway 12/88 and County roadways created by this Zone <br /> Reclassification and the mitigation measures required shall be <br /> provided prior to approval of the subdivision application. <br /> C.
